Columbus day Soccer Tournament Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering and participating in the 6v6 Soccer Tournament, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the 6v6 Soccer Tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death. I acknowledge that I and my team members are voluntarily participating in the tournament, and we assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or harm that may arise from participation.
Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my team members, and our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge the tournament organizers, event staff, venue owners, sponsors, and any other affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in the tournament, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury, illness, or medical emergency, I authorize tournament staff to provide or arrange necessary medical treatment. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in the tournament.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions set forth by the tournament organizers. Failure to comply may result in my team's disqualification from the tournament.
Photographs and Media Release: I grant permission to the tournament organizers to use photographs, video recordings, or any other media taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further consent.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that by signing this waiver, I am voluntarily giving up legal rights, including the right to sue the tournament organizers or related parties.
